Kristen Mansharamani
Advocate for Special Education
Kristen is the founding Head for the Office of the Advocate for Special Education. Kristen holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Yale University. Prior to founding the Office, Kristen had 15 years of experience in educational leadership intermixed with in-house counsel work and six years of experience in large firm litigation. Kristen has two children, one with significant special education and life skills needs so she is well-versed in the parental “balancing act” and truly walks in the shoes of special education parents.
